Position: Project Manager Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6months plus Rate: $50/hr *Job Description:* 8 Years of experience as a PM with Healthcare Domain expertise. Experience in Healthcare background, specifically in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid & Commercial Insurance Health Plans and Health Systems would be added advantage. Responsible for successful implementation of key strategic projects and global corporate initiatives. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops preliminary project plan and design, determines necessary resources, and project timeline. Develops risk mitigation & contingency plans Manage the project startup process including establishment of project team, plan and initial project schedule. Responsible for entire project life cycle. Review and approve project deliverables in coordination with ownership. Organize and conduct regular project status meetings. Responsible for the management of all project related communications. Manage ongoing client relations in cooperation with ownership. Provide cost forecasts, budgets, updates, and project reports to ownership. Develop and maintain working knowledge of client contracts and expectations. Maintain and track subcontracts ensuring proper execution and completion.
