Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge to be able to translate business
requirements into technical specifications
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Effective inter-personal skills
Effective organization skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to work within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
The following skillsets are preferred:
Experience using an Agile systems development methodology
Experience with Sharepoint 2013
Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2013
