Looking for a Senior Apple/iOS Administrator/Engineer to be responsible for configuration and distribution of desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
Must be Apple-Certified specialist and will be responsible for all hardware: device settings, images creation/deployment, security implementation Responsible for all Tier 3 requests related to Apple/iOS Devices. Applicant must have experience with in a corporate environment using Airwatch Mobile Device Management Solution. Develop, implement and maintain specific documentation for: - Device provisioning and management of Apple/iOS phones and ipads - Device Settings - Image Standards - Security Protocols - AirWatch MDM administration - Maintain device inventory with hard and electronic copies of equipment sign out sheets, as well as updating Access databases to track all equipment. - Work with Verizon Portal Liaisons to resolve internal equipment swaps and upgrades - Support devices across EOHHS with remote/onsite troubleshooting and timely resolution. *QUALIFICATIONS: * - Advanced knowledge and experience planning, evaluating, testing, and supporting Apple/iOS mobile devices (iPhone and iPad) is a must.
