*RATE: $45 C2C* *Requirement:* *12 months contract* · Facilitate/Gather Requirements - identify the various types of requirements from various sources including project documentation, business process documentation, mock ups, existing applications and stakeholder interviews/facilitated sessions · Analyze requirements - determine whether the stated requirements are clear, complete, consistent and unambiguous, and resolve any apparent conflicts. · Record requirements – capture the requirements in the applicable documentation templates, requirements repository, use cases, user stories, or process specifications. · Develop and maintain Use Cases in support of new requirements · Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix · Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate review and approval of business requirements · Partner with Project Managers to provide project requirements and documentation on appropriate timelines · Partner with peer organizations to share business and functional requirements to translate into technical/system requirements Qualifications: • Minimum of five years’ experience as Business Analyst in Telecom Industry. • Experience with telecommunication products, processes and markets • Business Analysts must have a proven background and track record of working on large scale and complex Telecommunication projects (Preferably in the areas of Billing and Call Centre desktop applications) • Must have very strong communication skills in order to work closely with users and senior stakeholders and be able to effectively discuss functional requirements with technical teams and the business alike. • Should be able to work through the full project lifecycle and be responsible for identifying and mapping existing processes, gather and document user requirements to create functional specifications, process maps and user stories.
