Position : Telecommunications Developer Location : San Francisco, CA Duration :6 Months Start :ASAP Skills : • UCCX scripting including Database Dip, CTI, IVR scripting. (Candidates with UCCE exp only will not be considered) • Experience with Finesse is desired or Cisco Agent Desktop exp is suitable. • Current Java Programming skills with minimum 2yrs exp to build and integrate custom web apps, manipulate incoming data from the Website through UCCX. • Test Tools (they currently do not have any tools in place) • Consultant will be working with a team of 4 to help with reorganizing the applications, writing scripts, build new features and install them.
