Expert knowledge of related technologies including BPEL, BAM, EM and OSB. Strong experience with Weblogic Server Strong experience using PL-SQL and tuning strategies. Expert knowledge of SML, WSDLs and XSD. Ability to share technical knowledge and clearly communicate technical concepts. *DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :* 3 years’ experience performing in a lead role on major projects a strong plus. Experience with database related development in Oracle 11G Database a strong plus. Experience with Web development concepts, design, tools, techniques, best practices a strong plus. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies including rapid prototyping, test driven development (TDD, BDD), continuous integration, etc. a strong plus.
