*Position : System Engineer* *Location-Farmington Hills, MI*
*Duration-6+ months* *Job Summary: * Principal Product System Engineer is responsible for the analysis, recommendation and implementation of specific system requirements into detailed analog and digital circuit designs for automotive safety applications. This is a support role that would entail working in a global matrix organization interfacing with internal customers, suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, test engineering and quality. Responsibilities: · Generating system specifications, · Trade-off analysis, · Requirements vs capability analysis, · DFMEA’s, · Scheduling of critical activities, · Analysis and resolution of issues with systems under test, · Close out of open issues and reports. · Analyses Validation Test Results · Participate in global team meetings to ensure consistency and technical issues are identified and resolved. · Candidate should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and handle various tasks at the same time Candidate should have practical experience in HW and SW design for safety relevant automotive ECUs.
