Job Description



As an Oracle HCM Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to
different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely
involved in the evaluation of as-is HR business processes, systems used
globally; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You
will also play an important role in the development, configuration and
deployment of the overall HCM solution. You will guide teams on processes,
deliverables and contribute to the detailed project scope, client training.
You will provide value-added consulting solutions that enable our clients
to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.



RESPONSIBILITIES



• Conduct in depth study of as-is process, systems used across different
regions globally

• Conduct quantitative & qualitative data analysis from current HR systems
used – recommend customer with readiness action required for implementing
Oracle Core HR Modules

• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Core HR
functionality.

• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.

• Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and
document application set-ups.

• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing
reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.

• Key deliverables include – As-Is process, systems evaluation,
recommendations, user requirements, functional & technical design
documents, training materials & user test scripts

• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.

• Support clients with the execution of test scripts.

• Develop end-user documentation and training materials.

• Deliver end-user training.



Qualifications



• Strong Expertise in implementing and support of Oracle EBS R12 or later -
Core HR with expertise in North American & Global rollouts (Required)

• Oracle HCM Modules - Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management,
Compensation Planning/Management, Benefits, Payroll,
Recruiting/On-boarding, Self-Service, Reporting/Analytics

• A minimum of 2 – 3 full life cycle implementation of Oracle R12 HCM
expertise - Requirements to Execution to Support (Required)

• Strong Ability to liaise with business management at all levels and
technical teams and tracking the overall implementation. (Required)

• Knowledge of PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, Workflow and OAF
(Preferred)

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Required)

• Ability to work in a Global delivery model context (Required)

• Apply product and industry best practices and expertise to meet customer
requirements

• Analyze business requirements and define solutions, focusing on standard
functionality to avoid customizations

• Guide the team members in preparing the System Testing artifacts,
execution of System Testing and ensure the test execution results adhere to
requirements

• Provide inputs to Functional team on solution and functional requirements
