This is for a contractor position for 6 months in support of the Sprint
Data Mobility platforms.



Job Duties:

   - The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing
   advanced technical support; solving complicated technical issues associated
   with system administration, operations, repair and surveillance for
   multiple National platforms in a 24 by 7 environment.
   - Coordinate and perform upgrades to the applications and operating
   system of supported platforms.
   - Work with other groups on complex issues.
   - Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using
   established procedures.
   - Solving problems may involve collaboration with the vendor.
   - Manage the vendor for root cause analysis and irreversible corrective
   action.
   - Ensure quality document content (Method of Procedures (MOP), job aids,
   and process improvements) to increase network availability and reduce
   mean-time-to-restore (MTTR).
