*Senior SAP OTC Functional Consultant (expert)*

*Location: Ft Lauderdale, FL*

*Duration: 4 Months + Extension*



*Job Description*

Functional Consultant / Analyst role who will be responsible in analyzing,
configuring and implementing any OTC related functionalities in SAP. OTC
(they refer to it as SCM) area at client covers SD, MM & FI (Account
receivables) modules. Be part of Project team and handle enhancement
request independently with minimal support on providing a functional design
approach to the requirement.

*Responsibilities:*

•             Understanding the client Business processes, product lines
and providing solutions following best industry standards.

•             Working closely with the Business and Business Relationship
Managers to understand the requirements in the Enhancement request in OTC
area and collaborate with other cross-IT teams to study the impact of the
new requirement to provide a reasonable level of estimate.

•             Ensuring the solution is delivered within the specified LOE.

•             Preparing High level design document, Visio flow (must),
Functional specification document in line with client documentation
policies.

•             Presenting the design approach to all Business Stakeholders
and Project team members.

•             Provide KT sessions on the experience gained in other
industries whenever requested upon

•             Doing SKUNK work on SAP Standard Functionalities, building
POCs in Sandbox environment

•             Working closely with the ABAP development team (on-site or
off-shore) in getting the development (as required) completed on a timely
manner.

•             Performing extensive unit testing and System integration
testing (if required) before handing it over to Business for testing.

•             Supporting users during UAT and addressing any issues.

•             Timely communication within the team on project status,
issues & risks.

*Qualifications & Requirements*

•             Have at least 7+ years of overall experience in configuring
in SAP.

•             Implementation in any high tech industry preferred but not a
must.

•             Possess a thorough understanding of various functionalities
in Order to Cash process in SAP SD, MM & FI modules

•             At least 3 full life cycle SAP implementation with hands on
experience in various SD configuration experience- Sales Document type
configuration, Pricing, Copy controls, Output determination, Revenue
Recognition, iDOC functional configuration, SQVI / SQ01 Queries, Customer
master, Material master, Interfaces, Logistics area, Shipment,
Transportation etc.

•             Have good understanding and implementation experience in the
area of STO’s, Returns / RMA Process, Customer Consignment

•             Have good understanding of various Sales order, Delivery &
Billing user exits.

•             Must work with a positive attitude, and have timely
communication with on-site team on the status of any project / enhancement
request status, issues & risks.
