We have the DB under control with our existing resources in Cincinnati. Front-end UI developer (the painter): Senior or intermediate developer with experience in RWD, CSS and js, Angular js, jQuery, Spring (or equivalent MVC). The person should be able to understand requirements, use cases, and existing prototypes, and provide technical designs and estimates. He will be required to start immediately in a production code mode. This is a demanding environment, requiring coordination with a blended team of onsite and off-shore resources.
