*Title : Control-M Scheduler*

*Location :  Cleveland, OH*

*Duration : 6+ Mont*

*Essential functions:*

·              Utilize scheduling software (Control-M 8) features to ensure
appropriate and timely submission and processing of required workload.

·         Ø  Maintain responsibility for primary job scheduling
requirements for global business units and major applications supported by
IT infrastructure.

·         Ø  Communicate with customer to understand business applications
in order to properly and appropriately schedule their workload, and to
educate and encourage use of available productivity tools and aids.

·         Ø  Maintain and review scheduling documentation required to
support the environment

·         Ø  Forecasting and reporting within the automated scheduling
software

·         Ø  Ensure appropriate integration of applications through proper
use of scheduling software and understanding the effects of one application
or another.

·         Ø  Provide detailed communications to the Data Center operations
organization in support of notable outage and activities. An understanding
of Data Center operations functions is the key to proper communication.

·         Ø  Provide rotational on-call support of the scheduling
environment. This role includes the incorporation of several daily process
tasks.

·         Ø  Abnormal termination of job processing requires analysis of
computer generated diagnostics, for recovery and restart. Urgency can
become a factor, due to dependence of associated workload, size and
frequency of subsequent workload.

·         Ø  Maintain sensitivity to global user community due support of
multiple time zones.

·         Ø  Support both the team lead administrative analyst and
technical lead analyst in prompting the standard for enterprise job
scheduling..

·         Ø  Support US Sarbanes – Oxley requirements within the enterprise
job scheduling organization.

*Basic Qualifications: (Educational and Experience):*

·         Ø  Automated Job Scheduling analyst experience (3 years +)

·         Ø  Degree in computer science or related field preferred

·         Ø  Knowledge of basic commands for SAP, UNIX, Linux, Windows and
AS400 is required. Knowledge of basic Mainframe Operating System commands a
plus.

·         Ø  Mainframe knowledge of JCL and CICS a plus

·         Ø  ERP experience (Oracle, MFGPRO, MAPICS, SAP preferred)

*Preferred Qualifications: *Solid Technical knowledge in:

·         q  Production Operations and Business Processing

·         q  IT Platform and application analysis

·         q Automated scheduling software (Control – M8, Redwood, CA-7, OPC
preferred) 3+ years of experience required.

·         Strong working knowledge of:

·         q  Basic Unix/Linux

·         q  SAP

·         q  Basic NT

·         q  Basic TSO (Mainframe System) a plus
