*DESCRIPTION: Business Analyst*

*Responsibilities*
1. Business Analyst skills
a. Lead requirement gathering sessions with all levels and verticals
of business including internal and external clients.
b. Documentation including Functional Design Documents.
i. Work
with technical teams on creation of Technical Design Documents and solution
design.
c. MS Visio and UML experience for the creation of details flow
charts to map business processes.
d. MS Project experience and the ability to build and update project
plans.
e. Experience with an Agile SDLC environment
f. Experience providing management reporting including status
reports.
2. Workflow configuration knowledge
a. Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
3. Training experience a plus
a. Lead training sessions.
b. Create training documentations.
c. Create webinars and web-based training.
d. Implement and manage a comprehensive learning management solution.
4. Basic QA and Testing experience
