*Position:Business Analyst*
*Location: Central NJ*
*Duration: 12 – 24 months*
*Prefer Contract to hire if the candidate is good*
1. Over 8 years of experience as a BA and should have worked in*
Pharma sector
for at least 2 to 5 years.*
2. Someone who has worked as a *BA inside the R&D organization*
(worked closely
with Development Managers, Tech Leads and Developers, Testers along with
Product Owners) and not for Business teams
3. Development experience earlier in their career
4. Must have worked on* Clinical Trials Environment*
5. *Experience in CTMS is must*
6. Experience on *home grown large applications that involves
workflows, UI, Screens, large data etc) . Not on COTS (Commercial tools) *
7. Must have experience on large enterprise systems that were build
ground up and not using off the shelf tools
8. Expertise in Agile methodology for driving business requirements
9. Needs to work closely within the* R&D supporting* the Development
organization
10. *Developed wireframes, mockups, process flows, work flow diagrams*
etc
11. Created *User Stories, User Requirements, Functional Specs, Use
Cases*
12. Should be able to *drive the requirements process and not a
facilitator*
13. Should be able to gather requirements rapidly using *prototyping and
annotations.*
14. BA experience in Mobile development is a plus
15. Prefer Bachelors or Graduate degrée in Computer Science
16. Strong communication
