Analytical Mind set: Able to think through the problem and present solutions 2. Technical Understanding: Appreciate how things operate, understand DB, API, Web service 3. Domain Understanding: Understand basic domain and able to connect things Key Responsibilities - Working with technology team to define project requirements and review designs and test plans results to confirm that line of business goals are met - Documenting the Stories and Use Cases from project business requirements - Documenting data flows and exchange between systems - Performing Testing to confirm the application has been built as per the functional specs. - Working with architects and line of business partners to develop and define technology project scopes, requirements, and operational impacts (migrations support, etc) - Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs. - Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. - Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases, functional specification and source to target mappings to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews.
