•  5+ years of enterprise software design/development experience, with at
least 4 years dedicated to using TIBCO tools/products outlined below
-       TIBCO BusinessWorks
-       TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS)
-       TIBCO Designer
-       TIBCO Administrator
-       TIBCO Active Matrix Service Grid
-       TIBCO Hawk
• Advanced SQL coding skills
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members

Roles and responsibility

•  Design, development, and maintenance of enterprise shared services using
Tibco Suite of Products
•  Provide input and guidance on development and architecture decisions.
•  Analyze system specifications and create project estimates.
•  Participates in code reviews to insure high quality and consistent
coding practices.
•  Partners with Support teams to ensure seamless deployments, proper
documentation and support for applications.

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills

Work across different environments providing support on all the environments
