Duration: 12 months. Responsibilities: *Planning* · Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements. Participate in planning work breakdown structures and project milestones. · Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, complete with dependencies and milestones based on backlog, story points and velocity to establish targets. · Create and implement a project communications plan which includes key stakeholders and defines project roles, areas of responsibility and communication requirements. · Create and implement a risk management plan. Identify project related risks and triggers; establish risk thresholds and contingency plans · Using the project plan, refine estimates to create baseline resource plan. Work in partnership with project team to maximize the utilization of team resources. · Facilitate the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team. Work with resource leadership to obtain and assign resources to the project plan. · Identify, document and manage all major plan changes in scope, approach, and date delivery. Obtain approvals required by change management process and update relevant project documentation and estimates as appropriate. · Work with core team and key field resources to develop a deployment plan including the deployment schedule, strategies and tools to support the successful release of programs to operations. * Coordination* · Coordinate all phases of project development and deployment. · Collaborate with Requirements Analysis team to review defined project goals and deliverables that support business objectives. · Facilitate project meetings and conference calls as defined in the project communications plan to accomplish project objectives. Meeting types include kickoff meetings, sprint planning sessions, stand ups, sync ups, project status meetings among others. Document meeting minutes, decisions, next steps and lessons learned. · Manage ongoing production support and systems enhancements including prioritization, scoping, planning, and delivery activities as needed. · Coordinate post deployment support, training and documentation as needed to ensure successful transition to the production environment. *Monitoring and Reporting* · Monitor project schedules and team performance to ensure the timely completion of projects and compliance with established quality objectives. · Provide oversight of projects and communicate project status per the approved communications plan. Communicate updates, progress to milestones and issues to all stakeholders. Identify and manage proposed changes to program parameters and ensure appropriate processes and communications are followed. · Track and manage the project schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies. Analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives. · Ensure milestones are accomplished and ensure overall committed timelines are met. · Monitor identified risks and project issues. Escalate early to Business Owner and management team to determine when to engage senior leadership. *Leadership * · Own/manage the SDLC from project inception through release to operations (including all related functions such as Quality Assurance testing, documentation and training). · Establish and maintain strong relationships with business operations, technical operations, engineering, finance, and other functional areas. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with BHN partners and vendors of services. · Collaborate with various teams to scope projects and estimate resources needed to achieve project objectives. · Understand business processes, product requirements and overall enterprise impacts the project may have on the existing system infrastructure. · Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes within the assigned area. · Identify, confirm, and obtain participation from required cross-functional teams.
