Please revert me back with updated copy of resume, rate and contact number. *Position Title: IAM Project Manager * *Location: Remote Work (Onsite location can be CA or NJ)* *Duration: 1 Year Contract* · Lead geographically spread teams to design and deploy large identity management solutions Manage all aspects of assigned projects following initial sales activity Responsibilities include planning and scheduling of all phases of assigned projects, serve as primary customer contact and liaison, financial and budgetary responsibility, ensure level of technical quality is achieved and maintained and coordinate resource allocation. Accountable for continual tracking and analysis of project performance against project plan to ensure project success. Responsible for all aspects of product deployment projects including requirement formalization, solution architecture design, deployment planning, custom adapter development, custom user interfaces, production rollout and performance tuning. Define system specifications in cooperation with customer, working within the boundaries of system capabilities and functionalities. Demonstrate leadership by facilitating requirements gathering sessions, writing well-defined statements of work and specification documents, and driving projects to successful deployment by leveraging internal and external resources. Ensure proper reporting procedures are followed internally and for customer requirements. Prepare and validate solution design and architecture Present solution approach and integration details to internal and client teams Work with principle vendor support teams to resolve product bugs and obtain product enhancements. Estimate effort for achieving project module requirements Understanding requirements, building approach notes, solution proposals, effort estimates Responsibilities will also include team mentoring, project monitoring/ management methodology, and building new service offerings *Desired qualities: * Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; written and spoken Technical experience with IAM products like Oracle, CA, or IBM Tivoli products etc is desirable but not mandatory. Should be able to review, understand, analyze and document the requirements for IAM subsystem. The position will require understanding of business requirements, scope definition, solution design and solution implementation using multiple products and components. Capability to comprehend and effectively translate customer's requirements into functional technical specifications. Must have the resilience to work extended hours, when required, specifically for proposal responses with specific time deadlines. Proven project management experience with excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities. Overall understanding of IAM products and their components from a functionality perspective (non-technical) Good skills in programming and writing custom programs and scripts Creating and modifying workflows for implementing business flows Creating custom adapters and interfaces, utilizing APIs from IBM Tivoli Experience of integrating a variety of user repositories, including databases, LDAP servers, Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, UNIX, and enterprise services such as HR systems, Application Servers, CRM, etc. is desirable Very comfortable with MS Project or similar tool for managing complex projects. Ease with advanced usage of MS office will be required.
