3-4 years of Kronos experience with experience in Implementation Projects,
Upgrades, and Ongoing Support

   - Kronos Consultant
   - Ability to map the user requirements
   - Good verbal and written communication skills.



*Experience Required*



*Required*

·         Hands-on Configuration & Support experience in following areas
 in Kronos Workforce Central 6.0 or above:



·        Workforce Scheduling,
·         Accruals,
·         Timecards,
·         Activities,
·         Attendance,
·         WIM

   - Able to demonstrate knowledge/examples of troubleshooting of Pay Rule,
   Accrual and Attendance configuration and support.
   - Knowledge of WDM including: Configuring device, device groups,
   communication, and troubleshooting device terminals.
   - Knowledge of Healthcare scheduling and pay practices

·         Strong communication & documentation skills

   - Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesis skills. A
   scientific/technical background combined with sound knowledge of business
   processes is a must.
   - 3-4 years of Kronos experience with experience in Implementation
   Projects, Upgrades, and Ongoing Support



*Desired*

   - Having multi-lingual with Spanish knowledge in kronos is an advantage.













*Roles & Responsibilities*

:



·         Install, configure, debug, analytically troubleshoot the system
and determine process improvements.

·         Analyzing and Troubleshooting issues in and around Kronos WFC
environment

   - Act as a point-of-contact to answer user admin inquiries concerning
   Kronos WFC.

·         Configuration of the enhancements in collaboration with business
units.

·         Independently manage components of support.

·         Create and manage reports and tickets.

·         Create and maintain support FAQ documents

·         Create and maintain appropriate system documentation.

·         Work with other application analysts to ensure system integration.

·         Utilize and maintain appropriate change control procedures and
standards.
