*Duration: 6+ Months* *JD* Ø Worked on planning processes covered in DE Mantra-Demand Planning and Oracle ASCP Ø Ability to understand issues/inquiries from customer on support ticket. Address the issues independently. Work with Oracle if required Ø Capable of writing MD.050 (Functional design documents) for any enhancements in planning (ASCP/DE Mantra) Ø If the individual is functional, he/she should be able to guide the technical team for any enhancements or bug-fixes Ø If the individual is techno-functional, he/she should be able to debug the code, identify/fix the issue.
