Title: Business Analyst with Sitefinity Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+ Months *Overview* The Sr. Analyst will operate under the direction of the Service Manager in the organization and will provide basic support on standard systems, investigating, analyzing, resolving problems, and performing solution implementation on selected products, as well as preparing documentation on existing and proposed solutions to client needs. This is a great opportunity for someone to combine their business knowledge and technical knowledge experience with a passion for supporting customer facing marketing portals in healthcare industry. *Job Responsibilities:* Sr. Business Systems Analyst with professional experience to support operations for a web-based suite of applications and eventually a business leadership role. A minimum of 5+ years combined experience in Business Analysis and Software Testing is preferred. This position will be responsible for multiple facets of web application support. Candidate needs to possess a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, problem solve, and multi-task. Candidates must have previous operations support experience and be comfortable with direct corporate client interface. Business Analysis experience is required, including the ability to gather, design, and maintain small to medium sized requirements documents and user manuals. He/She serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Low travel may be required.
