BI developers are responsible for contributing to the development of our
cutting edge BI platform built on IBM Big Data and Microstrategy. Key
responsibilities include all tiers of the BI technology including
development of ETL and data models, SQL optimization, unit testing, code
reviews, production support and collaboration with other developers in a
team environment utilizing agile development processes.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

•         Demonstrable experience of working with a variety of technologies
supporting the full software development life cycle, including analysis,
design, development, installation, support and modification

•         Strong proficiency utilizing ETL Tools to develop data
warehousing applications

•         Design, maintain and interpret data models and database schemas

•         Experience in building, analyzing and fine tuning queries using
SQL

•         Ability to design, develop, test and performance tune with SSIS
or another ETL tool

•         Strong proficiency developing with Data Warehouse and BI tools

•         Experience working with multi-terabyte and billion+ rows using SQL



PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES



•         Extensive experience working on Agile teams.

•         Experience with IBM Big Data (Netezza), NZ-SQL, Aginity
Workbench, Microstrategy, dimensional modeling.

•         Proven experience with C#, .Net, Git source control.



EDUCATION

•         Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a
related field, or equivalent work experience.
