*General Technical Skills*
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Operating System hardware and
software, platform standard tools, utilities and peripheral third party
products.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of server infrastructure and network
connectivity to the platform.
- Ability to analyze users’ requirements and to provide input to help
determine corporate computer hardware, software and configuration standards.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of server computing (hardware,
software, peripherals and services).
- Knowledge and understanding of server communications and system software
used to support applications
- Assist in standard setting, and architectural solution design activities.
- Act as product champion for several products within field of expertise.
*Specific Technical Skills*
- Windows Server 2003\2008: *required and very proficient*
- Windows Active Directory: required
- VMWARE VSPHERE\ESX 5.x: required
- Citrix: plus
- Windows scripting knowledge(WSH, VBScript, Powershell, etc): plus
- Lotus Notes: plus
