*Duration: 6-12 months* *Pega Lead/Senior System Architect* Owns application development and technical architecture components. Drives application developer streams including Pega and integration, technical testing, quality assurance, development architecture, execution architecture, operations architecture. Responsibilities: Validate functional design, create technical design, technical capability recommendations to help backlog prioritization, maintain the developer backlog, tracking developer worksheet progress, running auto code review, performing manual code reviews *Pega System Architect* Hands on experience building rules, data objects, integrations, and activities in Pega. Also supporting the activities of the architect and growing skills into the architect role. Responsibilities: Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing offsite development activities, performing peer reviews and escalating technical issues. Focus on resources with a desire to grow skills into a Pega LSA or Pega Delivery Lead. *Pega Business Architect* Manages iterative requirements or Agile methodology. Has knowledge of Pegasystems software, frameworks, and functional design. Manages the DCO sessions, maintains the functional backlog and supports the functional design, ensuring optimal use of Pegasystem functionality and adherence to guardrails. Collaborates with the technical team.
