• Location – NJ, PA and/or NC • Range – TBD Try profiles from competition- tech mahindra/wipro/tcs etc( key words: six sigma leader/quality champion/transformation lead/ continuous improvement leader etc) Sr.Consultant Responsibilities: (what will they be doing – job tasks) • Analyze business processes, recommend solutions and deployment of recommended solutions Project Manager operations. • Connect with clients to understand overall business landscape and drive opportunities for strategic cost reduction • Conduct Transformation assessment for the client and deliver Tangible benefits / value proposition to client. • Lead and manage set of consultants to drive large Transformation programs. • Support Transformation COE within practice area in building and enriching transformation framework and capabilities • Monitor, drive, execute tasks as per project plan to ensure successful outcomes with Scope, Time, Cost. • Evolve innovative solutions through collaboration that satisfies the Business Case criteria. Qualifications: (what skills are required) • Deep knowledge and experience in Telecom domain having worked in multiple environments within the domain, deep understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, best practices and industry trends in the given domain, preferably worked in multinational organizations / clients and having exposure to international practices and business transformational initiatives • Lean/Six Sigma Certified. • BPO Industry knowledge preferred. • Led large transformational programs. • 12+ Years of experience in consulting practice areas • Working knowledge on some IT applications and / or tools and working knowledge on process improvement methodology such as Lean / Six Sigma .
