*Position Title: Documentum Admin*

*Location: Memphis, (TN) or Morristown, (NJ)*

*Duration: 2 Month Contract*

*Interview: Phone + In Person*



*Job Description:*



•              Work as a Documentum / admin with the file share team and
business unit reps to ensure all document types targeted for file share
have been received within the MCC archive and are available for export to
the file share

•              Generate preliminary queries of documents to be exported, so
as to identify potential problems that may occur during export

•              Help remediate potential export problems

•              Generate reports / output files indicating what documents
exists within specific cabinets (and applying filter criteria)

•              Use Documentum’s syntax builder to developer three distinct
syntaxes, which will be used to name files for file share use

•              Generate exports of files from MCC, using the syntax builder
to apply naming conventions to files being generated by the export.
Different document types will use one of the three naming syntaxes.

•              Be able to build and execute document object queries on a
cabinet-by-cabinet basis to support export of documents.

•              During initial qualification-script development and it’s
later execution, provide support; either in generating exports as
necessary, or in debugging any related issues.
