The PeopleSoft HCM Developer will assist with this project as well as miscellaneous enhancements, integrations and other support. This candidate should have strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules in use and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where the candidate will perform a wide array of tasks. The ideal candidate is a PeopleTools expert with experience in upgrades, strong general business analysis skills, and enjoys working on a wide array of projects and tasks. Job Requirements Experienced in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x technical development and support; Need experience in Core HR, Benefits and Payroll. 7+ years of experience using PeopleCode and PeopleTools including Application Designer, Security Administration, Change Assistant, Tree Manager, Application Engine, Application Package, Data Mover, Workflow, Query and Process Scheduler. Responsible for partnering with the functional analyst to understand the application functionality, support fit/gap assessments and develop technical solutions to support business processes. Support reporting solutions leveraging XML/BI Publisher, PeopleSoft Query, and SQR. Write and execute unit testing, code review and create change request for code migration. Excellent time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
