iv. AJAX,
CSS5 and HTML 5

Accessibility
(ADA Compliance), WCAG, WAI-ARIA
vi. Responsive
web application design
vii. Good UI
performance tuning and debugging skills
2) Nice to have
a. Server side coding and debugging (JSP)
b. Code quality (functional & security) and optimization
c. Some server side coding experience
