*Job Title         : Senior Business Analyst - Oracle MDM*

*Location(s)      : Marlborough, MA (phone interview and Skype)*

*Duration          : 6+ Months Contract*

*Pay Rate          : DOE*





This position requires the analyst to work in a matrix managed environment.
Solutions will require the analyst to elicit requirements and provide
solutions that involve new implementations and enhancements to existing
systems. Important aspects to the role are effective business communication
skills and possession of strong Business Analysis skills that produce high
quality documents.



*Success Criteria:*



·         Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating the ability
to effectively deliver solutions leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite.
Experience should show a combination of foundation BA skills, Oracle MDM
functional knowledge.

·         The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their
analytical thinking and problem solving skills, Oracle EBS knowledge and
retail industry experience.



*Major responsibilities  are:*



·         Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines
integrated requirements.

·         Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process,
technical & organizational).

·         Ensures the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required
business results.

·         Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with
stakeholders.

·         Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept
in line with project status.

·         Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of
functional requirements. Upon implementation, drives knowledge transfer to
Global Production Support.

·         Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using
industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to:
Process maps, Data flow diagrams, Requirements specifications, Use case
scenarios, Acceptance testing.

·         Develop, monitor and track plans to create the BA deliverables on
an assigned project.

·         Coaches other Client in the delivery of artifacts for assigned
project.

·         Networks with the BA community to share best practice and develop
BA competency.



*Functional Experience:*



·         A minimum of five years' experience with Oracle MDM

·         Design experience with custom interfaces for Oracle E-Business
Suite and third-party integration 'edge systems'.

·         Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Technologies including but
not limited to XML Publisher , EDI/XML gateway and Workflow.

·         A history of working with Oracle Support to debug, diagnose and
decipher issues is a plus.

·         Data flow modeling (data flow diagrams)

·         Functional specifications (design and configuration)

·         Definition of test scenarios (use cases / acceptance testing)

·         Knowledge of retail sector

·         Knowledge of relevant IT technologies

·         Process knowledge (finance)

·         Functional knowledge (Oracle EBS, Oracle MDM, Hyperion Planning )

·         Facilitation skills

·         CBAP/CCAB certification a plus
