NJ, PA, NC $70/hr Need Jr. and Sr. Level – 4 positions *key words: six sigma leader/qualitychampion/transformation lead/ continuous improvement leader etc.)* *look at people who have done transformation/process study ( not IT in specific) across processes- led large transformational programs etc,* Responsibilities: (what will they be doing – job tasks) • Analyze business processes, recommend solutions and deployment of recommended solutions • Connect with clients to understand overall business landscape and drive opportunities for strategic cost reduction • Conduct Transformation assessment for the client and deliver Tangible benefits / value proposition to client. • Monitor, drive, and execute tasks as per project plan to ensure successful outcomes with Scope, Time, and Cost. • Evolve innovative solutions through collaboration that satisfies the Business Case criteria. Qualifications: (what skills are required) • Deep knowledge and experience in Telecom domain having worked in multiple environments within the domain, deep understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, best practices and industry trends in the given domain, preferably worked in multinational organizations / clients and having exposure to international practices and business transformational initiatives • Lean/Six Sigma Certified. • BPO Industry knowledge preferred. • 8+ Years of experience in consulting practice areas • Working knowledge on some IT applications and / or tools and working knowledge on process improvement methodology such as Lean / Six Sigma. Secondary Qualifications: • Consulting experience/mindset preferred.
