Please share matching profiles at [email protected] Job Title:- SharePoint platform administrator Job Location:- Berkeley Heights NJ Duration:- 12+ Months *Note:- Only Local Consultants * *Role:* "Upgrade and migration of SharePoint 2010 to 2013" *Responsibilities:* * Create IQOQ documentation for installing and configuring SharePoint 2013 and K2 black pearl. * Install and configure SharePoint 2013 on dev, test, staging and production environments according to the IQOQ documents. * Configure Appdomains for SharePoint Apps. * Create upgrade and migration plans for various SharePoint applications. * Analyze and prepare the existing SharePoint 2010 production environments for platform upgrade. * Develop custom Windows Utilities and PowerShell scripts for the deployment of solutions and other automation jobs. * Administration of multiple SharePoint Farms which includes daily monitoring of servers and troubleshooting. * Fine-tune the applications to meet the expected User Response time by following Microsoft recommended best practices. * Coach and mentor Offshore Admin team *Requirements:* * Experience with plan-build-run phases of SharePoint projects(Intranet and Extranet). * Experience with designing, implementing, customizing and migrating SharePoint Portal sites in Medium to Large Server farm environments * Experience with connecting service layers of different SharePoint environments by publishing and consuming service applications * Expertise in setting up Disaster Recovery(DR) environments with automated replication for SharePoint Intranet/Extranet environments * Hands on experience in Implementing SharePoint Taxonomy, Governance and best practices. * Experience with implementing Kerberos, claims based and forms based authentication. * Strong analytic and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
