Performance Test Lead
Location: Long Island, NY
Duration: Long Term Contract
Rate: $50/hr. c2c

*Job Descriptions:- *
· Performance Lead will lead the effort to build performance
scripts in exact Protocol to ensure the application is behaving actually as
a mimic of business user.
· Strong knowledge of HP & IMB tools
· Defining of Test Strategy and Test Plan with the Business so that
there is a clear picture of what is being tested.
· Perform end to end delivery on Project Tasks assigned to them.
· Prepare Reusable scripts so that it can be used in Upcoming
releases.
· Creation of Analysis on business critical areas where business
has tuned for performance changes and discusses the detailed analysis
report with the business to take the Sign Off.
· Participate in Testing and quality check for all the work.
· To ensure the Performance scripts are Uploaded all in Performance
Center so as to maintain a single repository for all the scripts for all
the releases
· Lead will provide a practical approach to complex Performance
testing with the help of creation of different scenarios (load/stress
testing), especially in areas where there are Performance Bottlenecks
found.
