Role:- SFDC Sales Cloud Location:- MINNETONKA (MN), USA Duration:-6+ months *Accountabilities* · Will be responsible for effective implementation of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and its utilization for the global sales, marketing, and customer service organizations. · Partnering with systems integrator resources in designing SFDC solutions, enhancements, reports/dashboards, and programs to increase user adoption, accuracy, user productivity & effectiveness, streamline workflow, and help advance Commercial initiatives. § Accountable for translating business processes into SFDC based solutions by partnering with SBS teams/Consulting partners, preparing system requirements, ensuring configurations, customizations in SFDC match business unit requirements, providing SFDC application solutions and facilitating communication with country CRM staff. · This position will require high-energy, proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to optimize SFDC to improve sales team productivity and efficiency. In addition, the role will work closely with the business teams to provide better decision support (reports/dashboards), and improve data quality. *Responsibilities: * § Play active role in prioritization of user stories; grooming the backlog; stakeholder management § Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community.
