Please revert me back with updated copy of resume, rate and contact number. *Position Title: Adobe (AEM/CQ) Architect* *Location: **NYC, NY and Chicago, IL* *Duration: 3-6 Months (possibility of extension)* *Job Description:* *Desired Skills & Experience* - 8+ Years of experience in implementing solution with one or more Web Content Management - 3+ years of experience in implementing solution using Adobe CQ 5.5+ - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering - A solid understanding of all AEM/CQ 5.5+ building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc, and the CQ development and deployment process - Strong analytical, problem solving, and production diagnostic skills - Extensive Knowledge of Adobe CQ 5.5/5.6 Technology stack, OSGi architecture and specification - Understanding of the link between business needs and application technology - Strong understanding of front-end technologies and libraries including JQuery, ExtJS, JSON - Able to conceptualize and design workflows in CMS - Coordinates with team to ensure that team is operating in an efficient and sustainable manner in developing CQ templates, components, services etc - Participates in the project design, development, and deployment implementation using CQ. - Experience implementing, enhancing, and troubleshooting AEM/CQ 5.5+ installations - Knowledge: - about configuration and optimization of CMS platform, example Tar optimizer etc. - on basic administration task like creating and deploying packages, tar optimization, datastore garbage collector, etc. - Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP,and web services development using RESTful implementations - Relevant experience in SQL, Java JSP, XML, HTML, MVC, Struts, JSF, REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, Java Servlets, JEE and JavaScript - Deep understanding of Java, JEE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate - Proficient in AEM/CQ 5.5+ foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix *Nice to Have* - Experience integrating Adobe Search and Promote and SiteCatalyst web analytics tool with CQ5 - Knowledge of AEM eCommerce with hybris - Experience on build and deployment tools like Maven - Understanding and working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 Applicant must meet MOST of these requirements. Description: *Position Overview* Adobe (AEM/CQ) Architect design and develop digital consumer experiences based on a foundation of the Adobe AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration. The Architect should be a strong Java developer who has recent and direct experience using the Adobe AEM/CQ software as well as creating the technical designs and architecture.
