Position: SAN ADMIN Location: Manchester, NH Duration: 6+ months Job Description: · Provides Storage Area Network (SAN) Support services. Provide system admin support for loading, configuring, building and STIGing Servers. · Provide hardware/software skills to support servers, workstations and SANs. Installation of hardware components in servers, SANs, Fiber and Network switches, and diagnose, report and fix hardware failures on servers, switches, and SAN systems. Must be capable of integrating systems into a High Available Storage Area Network (SAN) and Multi OS Server environment. · Windows Server 2008 or higher; DISA STIG and SCAP implementation; EMC storage arrays or other Storage Area Networks (SAN); backup software integration · Server patch management and remote server login for COOP support , IAT Level: IAT II GSEC or Security+CE or SSCP or CCNA-Security · Minimum Education/Experience per the contract: Bachelor (Complex Systems Engineering; Computer Science; Physical Science or Math intensive discipline) and 8 yrs. experience with more than one operating systems.
