Role : Business Analyst with Property & Casualty Insurance (GC/Citizen) Location : Plainfield, NJ Duration :Long Term Contract Start :ASAP Skills : *Primary Responsibilities: * - Requirements Gathering - Product Backlog Grooming & Submission - Development and validation of current state process flows and data diagrams - Provide Business Analysis and documentation. Collaborate with Testing Lead and develop testing strategy - Assist in identify key capabilities for each phase of the insurance management value chain - Jointly complete rationalization of Rapid Solution Workshop outputs in terms of requirements and design - Provide core system knowledge to the Business and Technical teams - Develop interface specification documents using signed-off requirements (includes application requirements, process flow, data, interfaces) - Provide integration analysis for the claims systems, downstream and various vendor integrations - Contribute to the development of test strategy *Qualifications:* Strong domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance in the areas of Homeowner's and Policy Administration System (PAS) with knowledge/experience in the following areas: - Developing business requirements, documenting workflow and processes - Strong affinity towards working with different software applications - Good verbal and written communication skills - Problem solving skills as well as analytical skills with attention to detail - Flexible in respect of work hours if deadlines need to be met Prior experience working on Guidewire Policy Center would be a huge plus.
