Job Description

·         A minimum of 7 years solid experience with SharePoint
development, administration, and implementation including SharePoint
Designer, InfoPath, Visual Studio, Visio, and SQL Server

·         Hands on experience of SharePoint - SharePoint API, Web Parts
(lists, libraries, documents, forms, content rollup, people) , Item Styles,
and applications

·         Ability to convert requirements into technical solutions, using
appropriate web parts, workflows and/or other Web Development technologies

·         Ability to customize SharePoint beyond "off the shelf"
implementation.

·         Strong business analytical skill within SharePoint environment.

·         The ability to diagnosis complex SharePoint issues

·         Strong knowledge of SharePoint site collection, site owner level
administration.

·         Experience working in a controlled development environment -
relying on Source Code Control systems and automated deployment.

·         Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills, with
experience interfacing directly with business end-users Preferred Skills

·         Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and/or SP 2013 certifications such
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)

·         SharePoint Applications, Application LifeCycle Management, and
Architecture

·         Knowledge of best practices in Web systems including security,
performance, standards, procedures, controls, and Web technical design and
architecture

·         Experience developing and designing with SharePoint Designer,
SharePoint Workflow tools, and InfoPath.

·         Working knowledge of SharePoint Business Intelligence
Tools(Performance Point, PowerPivot, PowerVisual, PowerQuery), Java Script,
Visual Studio 2010, SQL 2008, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analytical
Services, IIS 7, Windows Workflow Foundation, BI/Reporting Technologies,
Active Directory, and PowerShell scripts.

·         Must have the ability to keep up-to-date with emerging
Microsoft/SharePoint technologies and best practices.

Able to recommend scalable, advanced technologies and methods to integrate
Web systems with existing systems, enabling the creation of new Web
solutions or expanding existing business onto the Web.
