*Job Description:* - Assistant to the Manager of Global Networks - Must be proficient in Visio and Excel. Have documentation skills and have the ability to: - Configure access to corporate Local and Wide Area Networks in a mission critical environment. Responsibilities include design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in addition to creation of documentation and diagrams for network infrastructures. - Must be onsite in Lincolnshire - Create architectural diagrams of current and proposed network infrastructure - Document global circuit inventory - Provide review analysis, capacity planning, enhancement recommendations and documentation for the proposed network infrastructure and related security processes. - Deployment, testing, and sustaining WAN, LAN and WWAN solutions. - Maintains network infrastructure hardware including ongoing software/firmware patches and upgrades. - Vendor management. - Support network infrastructure including Cisco/Palo Alto routers, switches, wireless, firewalls and security. - Manage providers for break/fixes (including collaborative troubleshooting and problem resolution) - Perform other duties as assigned. - 5-8 years of experience in IT networking, data communications, telecommunications, and related hardware and software services. - Must have an understanding of and/or worked in a “mission critical” environment. - Formal training in networking systems (Cisco routers, bridges, switches) TCP/IP, Ethernet, etc. is a must). - Working experience with Telephony and “Contact Center” technologies. - Working experience with telecom vendors with PRI’s, DS3’s, MPLS, and VPN’s, and DMVPN’s *Thanks & Regards,* *Mohammed Shafi* *Recruiter* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *www.rekruiteasy.com <http://www.rekruiteasy.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
