*Hi,*

Greetings from *Bravens Inc.*

We are looking for* Readiness & Engagement Specialist* to support world’s
leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest
global organizations client.

This is * 3-6 Months Contracts* based in *Phoenix, AZ.*

*Role: Readiness & Engagement Specialist*

*Duration: 3-6 Months Contracts*

*Location: Phoenix, AZ*

*Job description:*

*Primary Skills:*

· Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and MS Visio (Customer is
not looking for someone that has been a PM in the past)

· Demonstrate outstanding customer service and possesses a high
level understanding of project management.

· In-depth understanding of the transformation of critical workflow
and the modeling of system functionality and usability to support clinical
workflow

· Must thrive in a team environment; and interact effectively with
hospital and enterprise information technology and implementation leaders
engaged in planning, design development, testing, training, and conversion
activities

*Must Have Qualities: *

· *Flexibility*: The person must be willing and able to positively
respond to changing environments/directives as well as take uncertainties
in schedule and assignments as a given. He or she must be able to “go with
the flow” and be willing to work under those circumstances.

· *A team player*: He or she must be able to support and
effectively work with other people on the team as required. Also, the
person must be “part of the solution and not the problem” by actively
contributing to the improvement of deliverables, processes, and the team as
a whole instead of focusing on what’s wrong with the situation.

· *People skills*: The person must have good communication skills,
which is not limited to the ability to speak intelligently, but also
includes actively listening to what other people are saying and being
sensitive to non-verbal cues or the environment. He or she must be able to
respect, if not value, the diversity in other people’s opinions and styles.

· *Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills*: No person knows
everything there is to know about a project or a given assignment/task but
he or she must be able to look for information or solve problems by knowing
who to ask and where to find the information needed.

· *Technical skills*: Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and MS
Visio would be invaluable. However, these skills can be learned as long as
the person is *willing to learn and can learn fast* on the job.

· *Positive Attitude*: Since the Readiness & Engagement team is
usually one of the first teams the facility meets, we lay the foundation of
establishing a positive working relationship. The EHR project often will
“rock their world”. We need to approach the facility with a positive
attitude, earn their trust and offer reassurance and support.

· *Knowledge*: A basic understanding of hospital departmental
processes will help to guide our interview process while trying to
understand the current state of the hospital departments. It is
advantageous to understand how departments function and interact with one
another.
