*Description : *


   - Responsible for planning, leading and management the appropriate life
   cycle phases for implementation and support for one or more IT projects..
   Activities include coordinating resources, schedules, task assignments,
   project deliverables and project plans.
   - Monitor project resource and budget working across IT teams as
   necessary Coordinate project initiation, including working with team leads
   to derive estimates for project sizing, time, and resources across all
   project teams (including DEV, SQA, and Environment).
   - Maintain project plans and issue and risk logs and for managing the
   change control process following State Street's IT Project Framework and
   Tollgate processes
   - Track the overall project status and % complete; communicating
   progress, changes and issues with the project team and management on a
   regular basis.
   - Monitor project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure
   projects are delivered on time and on budget.
   - Produce timely reports (e.g. project status reports, budget reports,
   tollgate) and maintain project documentation (e.g. audit & control).
   Produce executive level PowerPoint Presentations, as needed, on all aspects
   of the project.
   - Prepare project execution documentation adhering to DPF methodology.
   - Must have ability to travel internationally, as needed •Bachelor's
   degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent.
   - At least 10 years of related professional financial services and
   project management experience, including corporate finance and accounting
   disciplines.
   - Background in software implementation in the financial services
   industry.
   - Knowledge and experience with Oracle EBS and SUN General Ledger
   desired.
   - Proven experience implementing financial systems using formal project
   management methodologies and tools.
   - Experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent
   projects with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
   - Prior experience as a Business/Systems analyst is a plus.
   - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
   - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
   - Very strong management, project management and leadership skills.
   - High Level of proficiency in MS Office including Project, EXCEL, Word,
   PowerPoint, and Visio.These resources will join the Client Technology
   Services team supporting projects on behalf of Corporate Finance and Global
   Procurement Services. Projects may include implementation of Oracle DRM,
   migration from Oracle EBS R11i to R12 etc. Preferrably looking for
   candidates either from an IT Applications background or resources who
   understand Business transformation projects. Resources will be following a
   Waterfall methodology and will be driving 1 to 2 projects simultaneously.
