*Job Title:* Java Developer *Location:* SFO, CA; 94101 *Duration:* Onsite 6+ months Contractual Position Interview will be at 11:00PM PST *Job Description:* *Responsibility* Java Development Onsite – Offshore coordination Production issue support Would need hands on development experience and strong skills in troubleshooting and solution analysis. *Job Description* * Design, implement and unit test Web Application, backend components * Work with a variety of internal business stakeholders to understand and implement complex business functionality * Deliver project assignments on time, within budget and with high quality * Stay current with the newest online technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on implementations * Work with the Lead to review technical specifications as required, meeting the objectives of functional specifications. Specifically, identifying specific interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures or functions as required * Collaborate with Architects and other Software Engineering resources in designing and implementing integrated, enterprise solutions * Resolve / Analyze production issues * Coordinate release activities like MySQL DB scripts upgrade, backup, restore * Demo sprint deliverables to stake holders Qualifications: * BS/MS in Computer Science or related field * 5+ years of experience in building web applications using the latest standards-based approaches Java * Very good at troubleshooting, debugging and optimization knowledge in Java * Experience with Continuous Integration and automated testing strategies * Exposure to utilizing BDD / TDD /Unit testing * Experience with Ant or Maven build tools, GIT source control systems Skill set • Core Java, Struts 2/Spring MVC, JQuery, REST • Unix scripting, MySQL , ORM like hibernate/Mybatis • Java Optimization and tuning experience • Worked on Agile projects Desirable skills • Big data, Hadoop M/R, Hive • Reporting Tableau, Yellowfin • Online Advertising domain *Key Technical Skill* *• Core Java, Struts 2/Spring MVC, JQuery, REST• Unix scripting, MySQL , ORM like hibernate/Mybatis• Java Optimization and tuning experience• Worked on Agile projects* In case this position interests you please share below details to save on you valuable time; Pay rate expectations: Notice period: Work Authorization status: Current Location: Also share your updated resume to Nitish Kumar at *[email protected]* <[email protected]> OR feel free to contact me at 408.459.5612.
