*POSITION:1 US IT SR. RECRUITER*

*EXPERIENCE:* 1-3 years

*LOCATION:* Secunderabad -INDIA

·  1-3 years of strong recruitment experience hiring technology
professionals at all levels specific to Internet/Web, ERP and database
technologies.

·  Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple
assignments at a time.

·  Ability to attract technology talent from mid-size to large companies.

·  Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and
written).

·  Good understanding of HR and recruitment process.

·  Established network of technology professionals across various
disciplines.

·  Experience using online recruitment tool/database, job boards etc.

·  Ability to source resumes quickly and work on multiple positions
simultaneously.

·  Must work on target based and must be able to achieve the targets on
monthly basis.

·  Good Understanding of US Recruitment Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp and
1099)



*POSITION:2  JR RECRUITER*

*EXPERIENCE:* 1-2 years

*LOCATION:* Secunderabad -INDIA

·  Strong Experience in Hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/GC/US Citizen candidates for
Training & Placement on various technologies.

·  Sourcing the OPT candidates from different portals and Universities.

·  Experienced in Posting advertisements in university sites and various
job portals.

·  Effectively recruited candidates through internet research, internal
database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies.

·  Strong communication/written skills is a must and must be proactive and
self-starter.

·  Must work on target based and must be able to achieve the targets on
monthly basis.

·  Build and develop relationship with career development advisers/officers
schools, Colleges and Universities, coordinating preliminary interviews and
scheduling technical calls with the HR/ Recruiting managers.

·  Experienced in following up with the candidate and make sure to explain
the compensation, benefits and other terms and conditions to the
trainees/OPT’S/CPT’S.

·  Experienced in collecting all the documents from the candidates.

·  Maintaining database of students passing out & students about to pass
out.
