The successful candidate for this position(s) in EMRT team will work with complex Market risk and Counterparty Credit risk applications to perform Market and Counterparty Credit risk analytics data analysis, QA, regression testing, UAT execution and help in the implementation of multiple phases of the projects. ? 7+ years of IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience. ? 5+ Years of experience documenting test scripts/plans, executing test scripts, end to end integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing ? 3+ Years of QA Analyst experience preferably with financial/capital markets/risk systems ? 5+ Years of experience with Quality Center or other tools for test plans, traceability etc ? 5+ Years of experience working with Unix and/or Windows environments, SQL skills, MS Office skills ? Knowledge of capital markets business and process – pricing, trade life cycle, risk sensitivities (Greeks, VaR, Stress, PFE, EE) ? Ability to effectively communicate utilizing written and verbal communications skills, and be able to work in dynamic, fast paced environment ? Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues by partnering with the application development teams, upstream data partners, business partners etc ? Develop a strong understanding of the systems and their environments that support the operation to effectively function as the liaison between the business partners and the technical areas of the Bank. ? Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts. ? Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. ? May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. ? Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. ? Uses advanced knowledge of risk, trading and market data applications - Adaptiv, Calypso, Galaxy, Endur, Security Master to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems. ? Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. ? Plans and directs quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitors project status in comparison to cost/time projections. ? Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. ? Documents all phases of QA process. ? Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff. ? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related technology major ? Location is Charlotte, NC ? Experience with Autosys or other batch tools ?
