*Job Title:* Java Integration Technical Engineer (IE) *Location:* Philly, PA *Duration:* Onsite 12+ months contractual Position *Face to Face is required.* *Job Description:* Position: Integration Technical Engineer (IE) Need local candidates – F2F interview is required. Responsibilities * Gather and analyze various enterprise APIs * Create proof of concept for API consumption * Create and maintain documents on external APIs based on business use cases * Be able to forge and maintain relationships * Work with development team to communicate the APIs and its use. * Work with a strong collaborative Agile team Skills and abilities * Expertise in the principles of API development * Demonstrated experience creating and consuming APIs for enterprise applications * 5+ years of coding experience in Java, Python, Ruby, Groovy (Java strongly preferred) * Experience with Spring Framework * Knowledge and experience with software engineering best practices * Demonstrated experience providing estimates on requirements and solution information * API and Service Testing experience * Excellent problem solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High level of initiative and self-motivation * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals * Demonstrated ability to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move work forward * Demonstrated ability to assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures and recommend improvements Education and experience * Minimum B.S. degree in computer science or a related field; or equivalent work experience and/or education in lieu of a degree * At least five years creating and consuming APIs for multi-tier, web and mobile device based applications * Demonstrated experience in mainstream, end product oriented Java development * Experience with critical data validation including accuracy of formulae and algorithms used in the processing and reporting of stored data * Working experience in both Linux and Windows environment In case this position interests you please share below details to save on you valuable time; Pay rate expectations: Notice period: Work Authorization status: Current Location: Also share your updated resume to Nitish Kumar at *[email protected]* <[email protected]> OR feel free to contact me at 408.459.5612.
