Customer Experience Analyst/Data Analyst

 Minneapolis, MN



 The Sr. Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for creating and

maintaining a prioritized backlog of Customer Experience optimization

opportunities. This requires ongoing analysis of key points for customer

feedback, including NPS surveys, ECC contacts, AB test results and usability

test findings.

 Responsibilities:

 Review and analyze large sets of information and synthesize key points

 Define the impact of each optimization opportunity through the use of web

analytics

 Assess current state of implementation within product team roadmaps

 Determine prioritization of each opportunity based on frequency, customer

impact and feasibility to complete

 Qualifications:

 Understanding of Customer Experience principles

 Experience analyzing site analytics, especially Omniture

 Understanding of business concepts

 Ability to prioritize based on impact and feasibility

 Understanding of basic technical principles
