Customer Experience Analyst/Data Analyst Minneapolis, MN The Sr. Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of Customer Experience optimization opportunities. This requires ongoing analysis of key points for customer feedback, including NPS surveys, ECC contacts, AB test results and usability test findings.
