*Position: BPM Lead*
*Location: Raleigh, NC*

*Duration: 6+ months*

*Job Description *

Experience on any BPM TOOL is fine.. while BizFlow is niche we are open to
any Java based BPM tool – Cordys, Intalio, Savvion, Case360

5+ years of hands-on experience working with Java based BPM and case
management tools. Should know

   - Process modeling and implementation skills in the BPM tool
   - Audit logging, transaction management
   - Event triggers, notifications, alerts
   - Email integration with Outlook, SharePoint or similar
   - Handling business rules and exception handling
   - Troubleshooting, debugging failed process instances
   - Documenting and capturing process information
   - Integration with database and web services, JMS integration
   - Process security using policy sets
   - Knowledge on BPMN concepts and governance
   - Writing automated test scripts
   - Reporting feature knowledge like Jasper reports and similar
   - Scheduled process using timers and events
   - Able to do project functional estimations using data points
   - Sound Java skills in
   - coding Java classes
   - Working with Jquery and dojo scripts for UI development and enhancement
   - Working with Java threads, JDBC
   - Knowledge of message queues
   - Working with oAuth, LDAP, SSL, WS-Trust and similar.
   - Writing batch shell scripts, ANT scripts
   - Do scientific code reviews and performance turning options
   - Willingness to learn and scale and deliver in new BPM technologies.
