*Job Title: Cognos TM1 Architect/Cognos Architect * *Location: San Diego, CA, United States* *Duration: Long Term* - 8-10 years experience working with TM1 and version 10.2.2 - Previous experience building OLAP cubes in Cognos TM1. - Experience working within Financial Services sector is highly regarded. - Proven ability to work with stakeholders and take responsibility for project responsibilities. - Any experience using Cognos or other Business Intelligence tools is beneficial. - Tenacious attitude, with the ability to identify new business opportunities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Delivery of Cognos TM1 Solutions to a range of areas witihn the business . - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements. - Modify complex Business Logic into TM1 Rules and increase performance. - Create Drill through Process from TM1 Cube to database for querying transaction level data. - Design, build and populate TM1 Cubes with latest forecast data from Data Repository and build dimensions and various types of Cubes in TM1. - Successful management of project delivery to agreed outcomes and time frames. - Use full TM1 suite of product to deliver solutions to clients. - Work with teammates, clients and other teams to identify and address systems problems - Handling performance tuning of Cognos Queries - Technical planning and implementing of tools/solutions to improve the application architecture in terms of performance, resiliency, availability, scalability and globalization needs - Have the ability to work with local and remote development teams to get solutions developed and implemented to deliver value - Communicates very clearly and professionally with users, peers, and all levels of management.
