Oil and Gas Experience Prefered
Expertise in managing Hadoop ecosystem: Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Oozie, Kafka
etc.
Understanding of and expertise in NoSQL databases. Ability to design the
schemas given the E&P ontology.
Ability to program in Big Data environment with the following technologies:
SQL, Java, Scala, Spark.
Ability to connect different data sources to Hadoop ecosystem.
Knowledge and ability to program using machine learning algorithms - R,
Python and any other open source / commercial machine learning packages will
be a plus.
E&P domain knowledge will be a big plus.
