*Lead Informatica Developer with TELECOM EXP* *Location: Richardson, TX (Dallas area)*
*Rate: $50hr* *this is a multi-year contract * Summary: Responsible for leading an Informatica ETL development team in support of Extract/Transfer/Load applications. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong ETL development understanding as well as solid analytical and problem-solving skills in the areas of data capture, script development and integration. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of mapping and ETL development teams for Telecom data conversion activities. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field 9+ years of total experience using Informatica, Must have 2+ years as a Lead 3-4 years in leading SQL teams creating queries, stored procedures, views and triggers and leading teams and technical personnel, working with business partners, and SDLC end-to-end experience 5+ years Telecom experience preferred (2 years required) including telecom billing (1) or telecom data (as in network/phone data or subscriber call history/transmission history . . complex telecom stuff --NOT a datawarehouse of customer names used by some marketing program at Verizon. as an example. ) Experience with a large data conversions (like billing projects) Previous consulting experience preferred. NOT CONTRACTING – TRUE CONSULTING WITH a sold statement of work/deliverable based assignment including SLAs etc. Excellent planning and time management skills. Advanced Word, Visio and Excel skills. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and system requirements.
