Feet support Engineers & System backups • Installation, configuration and
administration of IP/Digital/Analog/Conference phones Others: •
Certification- Avaya Certified Implementation/Support Specialist/Expert
(ACIS/ACSS or ACSE) CCNA Voice/Network Certified (Optional) • Excellent
Customer Interaction skills • Excellent communication and presentation
skills. • Excellent vendor co-ordination skills. • Experience in managing
