Networking configurations • System troubleshooting and remote administration • Advanced knowledge of call-center CTI integration with third party systems • Basic knowledge of networking & advanced knowledge of the telecommunication technologies and Protocols • Network technologies and protocols (LAN/WAN) • Voice over IP (VoIP), SIP and other protocols. • Quality of Service The candidate is involved in the following activities: • Maintenance of Avaya PBX systems and Voice mail system including call-centers /CTI environment integrations. • Programming of Vectors/ACD for routing calls • AT&T Route IT application for call rerouting, Trunk routing • Follow-up with service provider, Hardware vendors , Hands and Feet support Engineers & System backups • Installation, configuration and administration of IP/Digital/Analog/Conference phones Others: • Certification- Avaya Certified Implementation/Support Specialist/Expert (ACIS/ACSS or ACSE) CCNA Voice/Network Certified (Optional) • Excellent Customer Interaction skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Excellent vendor co-ordination skills. • Experience in managing critical
